Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, you will analyze and design new business processes, creating documentation that guides the implementation of innovative processes and technologies. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that business needs are effectively represented and met through thorough user and task analysis.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Conduct research on recent trends in Metals Industry and link them to business and IT imperatives.
2. Drive innovation for Metals and its various industry segments, with a clear focus on new technologies and their applications for these industries.
3. Develop new offerings (technology assets, point of views, rapid prototypes) for Metals industry in line with latest trends and client imperatives.
4. Incorporate digital imperatives and innovation ideas to reimagine business processes within the core areas of metals value chain.
5. Reimagine Business Process Management (BPM) and identify process transformation themes for metals clients. Develop integrated business scenarios, use cases/user stories & prototypes
6. Cross leverage best-in-class/outside industry examples and adapt them in the innovation narration for our clients.
7. Drive thought leadership and IP (shape new ideas and make them patentable)
Professional & Technical Skills:
1. Minimum 6-7 years of demonstrated work experience in Metals Industry in the areas of Management/
Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Process Control, Innovation, Manufacturing &
Operations Excellence, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing.
2. Candidates with global exposure (having worked for global companies in the above industries, on
international stints) will be preferred.
3. Prior hands-on awareness of Business Process Management (Industry Processes), Process
Transformation, Digital Transformation, Functional Expertise in Supply Chain, Plant Operations, Sales &
Marketing etc. will be preferred.
4. Exposure to Operational Systems (MES, LIMS, EHS) will be preferred.
5. Prior exposure to digital and emerging technologies such as Data & Analytics, Mobility, Cloud, Artificial
Intelligence will be a plus
Additional Information:
1.MBA (preferred) with Engineering (B. Tech/ B.E) degree in Metals from reputed institute within
India or outside
2.CGPA of 6 and above / Percentage Marks of 60% and above throughout the education completed
3.Excellent communication (oral/written/verbal) skills – strong articulation and presentation skills
4.Problem solving attitude with ability to manage stakeholders
5.Team Driver, Motivator with ability to work seamlessly across organizational teams
6.Strategic vision and execution mindset
7.Basic knowledge of MS suite (PPT, Excel word)
