Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate Functions. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Focused on execution of standard enabling activities/provision of advice subject to policy and work routines within an enabling discipline. There may be some latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing situations.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the business cycle — 3‑year plan, budget, and forecasts at each level of the organization.
- Define KPIs to measure performance across all areas of the Corporate Functions.
- Analyze performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation, as well as corrective actions as needed.
- Support process transitions, standardization, and automation across Imaging Sub‑Segments, ensuring consistent adoption and operational excellence.
- Enhance Corporate Function reporting through standardization and automation, leveraging Power BI and other digital tools to drive improved visibility and insights.
- Broaden knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures in own discipline to execute functional policy and strategy; continue developing functional knowledge and skills.
- Maintain a basic understanding of key business drivers and apply this knowledge to accomplish own work. Understand how work integrates with other teams and contributes to the overall area.
- Exercise autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework; resolve issues requiring judgment within established procedures. Consult senior team members for issues outside defined parameters.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills; for customer-facing roles, develop strong customer relationships. Clearly explain technical information to others.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in FP&A roles or similar financial planning and analysis responsibilities. At least 5 years of experience.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing conversations in English with Executives.
