The Opportunity

This position is based at Imazium Damansara under the Established Pharmaceuticals Division (EPD).We are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.

What You’ll Do

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Sales Growth: Initiate and execute growth strategies for key accounts, identifying new opportunities for revenue generation and increasing market share in the online space
  • Product Listing Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing/trade marketing to optimize product listings, ensuring they meet platform-specific guidelines and are optimized for visibility and presence at store level.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Initiate and execute of promotional campaigns, including pricing, discount strategies, bundles, and seasonal offers to drive traffic and sales.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze account performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, trade marketing, supply chain and customer service to ensure seamless product availability, accurate forecasting, and timely delivery of products.
  • Budget Management: Manage trade spend budget and ensure ROI is achieved on promotions.  Manage AR and make sure on time payment for direct accounts.   
  • Joint Business Plan:  JBP preparation with retailers and monthly business review

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years related key accounts management experience, preferably within pharmaceutical or consumer health sectors.
  • Understanding of the retail environment. 
  • Networking and strong orientation towards customer management,
  • Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to handle complex and diverse business situations
