JR65607 OPERATOR, ESD/CLEANROOM

Job Description

As ESD/Cleanroom operator, he/she is responsible in performing daily routine in order to fulfil the defined ESD/Cleanroom routines/tasks.

Responsibilities

Performer of ESD Compliance Verification (CV) & Cleanroom Surface Particle Measurement (SPM) routines

• Manage basic ESD CV and SPM operation as per sampling plan required (example: perform ESD/Particles measurement, record measurement result and react for any OOC/OOS found)
• Authorize to hold any OOS machines/tool during measurement and escalate to engineer. Perform reaction plan per OCAP
• Operate ESD measurement tool and Particle count tool escalate to supervisor or support team if any abnormality
• Enter measurement data into Statistical Process Control (SPC) system accurately and also update latest data measurement in Equipment Tracking system
• Responsible in 6S at own work are/workstation to ensure 6S tip top condition at any time

Contribute to a Quality first and safe work environment

• Follow and comply to defined procedure to ensure full compliance at work
• Follow and comply to safety procedures and area work rules (including use of proper PPE and chemical safety)
• Be sensitive to any abnormality; feedback to on any suspicious or abnormality
• Identify area of improvement, make suggestions to increase quality and efficiency of processes as well to prevent any non-compliance/non-conformance products

Forster teamwork and self-discipline to improve work efficiency

• Demonstrate sense of urgency to support and complete allocated task
• Able to support coverage during break or rest day as necessary
• Be discipline and adhere to HR policy. Always communicate with supervisor for any planned or unplanned attendance.

Qualification

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent

2. Preferable with 1 year experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing environment and quality-relevant functions

3. Able to communicate and understand basic English and Bahasa Malaysia

4. Demonstrate ability to use computer-based programs and applications to perform daily job duties

5. Willing to work on 12 hours rotating shift.
