C.H. Robinson is hiring! This hybrid role requires working in the office one day per week, with the schedule subject to change based on business needs.

In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with both customers and C.H. Robinson offices while applying your critical thinking skills to resolve collections challenges and manage aging invoices.

Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to determine the root cause of aging invoices

• Leverage systems functionality and established processes to resolve aging invoices

• Work within established procedures and adhere to quality guidelines

• Escalate complex issues to senior team members and/or leadership

• Support and contribute ideas for process improvement

• Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers, maintaining open lines of communication and building rapport by providing timely and professional service

• Continue to develop skills and build knowledge of the collections process

• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to team and/or country-specific requirements

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

Preferred:

• Minimum 1 year of collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable, or related finance experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Effective and flexible communication skills

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Critical thinking skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
