Summary
The Supervisor, Case Management provides clinical, operational, and regulatory leadership for assigned Case Management staff within an acute and specialty oncology care environment. This role is accountable for day‑to‑day supervision, staff performance management, workflow oversight, and compliance with regulatory and professional standards governing case management practice.The Supervisor supports high‑quality, patient‑centered care delivery by ensuring case management services are provided efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with ACMA Standards of Practice, CMS Conditions of Participation, payer requirements, and organizational policies. The role functions as a key liaison between frontline case managers, interdisciplinary partners, and department leadership to support patient throughput, safe transitions of care, and optimal resource utilization.

Salary Range
$85,009.60 - $129,584.00Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
