About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience in designing and implementing robust data solutions with a strong focus on SQL, Alteryx, and data modeling. Knowledge of Python and Power BI is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and workflows using Alteryx.

  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

  • Build and maintain data models to support analytics and reporting needs.

  • Collaborate with business and analytics teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across systems.

  • Support ad-hoc data engineering tasks and contribute to process automation.

Required Skills

  • 6–10 years of experience in data engineering and ETL development.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Alteryx.

  • Solid understanding of data modeling and relational database design.

  • Experience in handling large datasets and optimizing performance.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation.

  • Experience with Power BI for data visualization.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
