We’re seeking an enthusiastic support staff member to help us with a few of the daily operations that keep the Academy running smoothly. As a Campus Facilities Assistant, your biggest task is to help ensure student safety by managing traffic during the arrival and dismissal of classes. 

Our academy is open 7 days a week, with weekday classes in the late afternoon/evening, and weekend classes throughout the day. Candidates should be available to cover additional shifts during these times. We are currently seeking candidates with availability to work during the following schedules: 

  • Mondays - 4:30pm to 9:30pm
  • Saturdays - 12pm to 4:45pm

Responsibilities

  • Manage traffic in the parking lot
  • Light campus cleaning
  • Assist with daily operations of the campus
  • Reset classroom furniture at the end of the day
  • Troubleshoot minor malfunctions with computers and other office equipment
  • Occasionally assist with campus in-reach and outreach activities
  • Other duties as assigned

Additional qualifications include:

  • Reliable transportation
  • Customer service experience
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds
  • Experience with basic computer usage
