Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the application development process and ensure successful implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design and development of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries. - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenLink Endur. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with MySQL. - Strong understanding of application development processes. - Knowledge of software design principles and best practices. - Experience in leading application development projects. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in OpenLink Endur. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 1 Any graduation is required.
