Caterpillar’s Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) is hiring a Go-to Market Program Manager!  In this role, you own the Go-to-Market (GTM) process and are responsible for driving Construction Industries (CI) Sales-to-Users (STU) growth through bringing services, digital, financial products to market serving CI to customers.

You will lead the development and enhancement of the New Services Development (NSD) GTM process, setting current and future strategy, enabling CI and enterprise business partners to deliver profitable revenue growth. The incumbent will lead cross-divisional teams and develop Multi-Generational Product Plans (MGPP) to support an integrated customer experience for the aftermarket.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead CISD (Services Development, Sales Support & Sales Execution), Cat Digital, Marketing & Brand, Cat Financial and enterprise partners on NSD GTM development and execution for aftermarket services applicable to CI customers

  • Ensure NSD GTM project process adherence from inception to execution including strategy to measure both financial and customer experience results

  • Confirm NSD GTM projects will drive CI customer digital activation online with a focus on achieving targets for % active CI customers online across digital platforms

  • Support development of the Integrated Commercial Strategy for Retail, Small Core, and Core customers leveraging product, price, place, promotion, process touchpoints within CISD, Cat Financial, Marketing & Brand, Cat Digital and enterprise business partners.

What you Have:

  • Experience bringing a product/solution/service to market with quantifiable results by leveraging your strategic thinking skills.

  • Gained an understanding and acceptance of aftermarket strategies through effectively communicating across product, industry, dealer and/or customer audiences.

  • Experience where you have used your influencing skills to mentor and coach and/or persuade others on a new approach, application, or potential solution.

  • Consulting skills where you have provided business guidance and alternative solutions to internal and external business partners leading to successful business outcomes (i.e. growth).  

Top candidates Will Also Have:

  • Previous experience in parts marketing & sales including progressive roles in process execution, analysis and metrics reporting, sales, or marketing

  • New Product / Services Introduction leadership experience developing new / enhancing commercial offerings

  • Project management or Six-Sigma Black Belt certification and the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously to successful completion.

  • The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously and multi-task in an agile and fast-paced environment

  • Thorough knowledge of company policies and practices, the Dealer network, parts products, product applications, services and supporting systems

  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills to lead change, challenge traditional thinking, drive innovation in products and services, coach and develop team members, effectively work alongside key business partners (internal and external) and ensure the team is focused on delivering results

Additional Details:

  • Locations for this role will include Cary, NC: Dallas, TX; Peoria, IL.  

  • Domestic relocation is available to mentioned work locations unless you already reside in one of those locations.

  • Travel up to 25%

  • This position is not eligible for an ISE assignment
