These individuals are responsible for a multitude of functions that are critical to the success of Retail Service Operations (RSO) including the weekly and/monthly monitoring control activities across RSO teams to ensure that strong controls are in place related to key activities. Their engagement is crucial to the business in special projects and initiatives as there are typically 20+ projects impacting RSO at any given time and this support allows less disruption to the day-to-day activities performed by managers to keep the business moving from daily production standpoint.                                                                                                                                                        

Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate completion of Internal Audit deliverables
  • Completion of MCA activities associated with controls
  • Help support management in obtaining required artifacts and information needed to close Issues and CAPs timely and completely      
  • Act is the liaison on behalf of the business for projects and initiatives that require the attention of RSO
  • Fulfill the deliverable requests associated with IA and Regulator audits by packaging key material and documenting fields specifically requested in those deliverables
  • Perform the annual updates on 300+ policy and procedures supported by RSO and make updates for any adhoc changes required by the business
  • Manually collect and provide MIS for processes that do not have robust systemic reporting to ensure adherence to regulations and timeliness timeframes.
  • Support RSO in remediation efforts to include tracking and monitoring and assist in the fulfillment of Issues and CAPs documents by providing appropriate artifacts to support closure. 
  • Support business testing for post release activities to ensure negative impacts are identified quickly and have the tasks of opening issues and documenting on the Incident Tracker
  • Working Knowledge of Pega and/or G360 functionality, Continuity of Business (COB) testing

  • Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Business Banking, Citi Commercial Banking Products and Services
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to research, analyze and present data to various levels of leadership
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
  • Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Cross team collaboration
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$49,010.00 - $68,390.00
