About the role:
As an Account Services Associate, you will work directly with our stakeholders and help advance the way they pay, bank and invest. This will involve processing support for back-office tasks that help Worldpay maintain an excellent working relationship with every client.

What you’ll own

  • Responsible in providing optimal service to Worldpay’s ecommerce merchants worldwide.
  • Amend and maintain configurations for active customers across Worldpay platforms and provide 1st line support to our internal stakeholders. By gaining technical expertise, you will be able to consult internal stakeholders such as the commercial and implementation teams on the amendments process.
  • Ensure Worldpay remains compliant throughout the setup process and meets its regulatory requirements.
  • Encourage great communication in the team by maintaining shared documents and systems and prioritizing workflows.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

What you bring

  • Possess tertiary education or equivalent
  • Ideally you will have worked in a data processing role before, but this is not essential.
  • Accurate, have a good work ethic and you are an energetic and positive contributor to the team.
  • Previous experience of working in an office environment is important, and you can demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively, prioritise and work to high quality standards and tight deadlines.
  • Able to challenge decisions when needed and work with good attention to detail, highly initiated and a great ability to problem solve.
  • A basic understanding of banking and finance principles will be an advantage.
