Role and Responsibilities


In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build and manage end-to-end business intelligence for Workday and other SaaS solutions focusing on HCM while driving projects efficiently and ensuring successful delivery. This includes analytics, and reporting approaches to meet business needs. On a daily basis, you’ll analyze business data to uncover meaningful insights, track key metrics, and identify trends that can improve performance.

Additionally, you’ll drive optimization across the data lifecycle, improving data quality from end to end. You’ll leverage your project management skills to help ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.

This is a temporary, fixed-term role to cover a maternity leave.


The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-hybrid


Preferred locations for the role are Poland or Estonia, with flexibility for other ABB locations.
You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Executing quantitative analysis that translate data into actionable insights.
  • Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports.
  • Owning the knowledge capture and transferring of under-the-hood systems such as various architectural and design aspects and ensures they are well documented to maintain and enhance the overall system integrity.
  • Contributing to design related standards, technology, and tool selections and defines new data collection and analysis processes.
  • Driving data quality and ownership from an end to end perspective, ensuring populations utilizing the data are adequately trained

 
Qualifications for the role
  • Advanced skills in Workday reporting and strong understanding of Workday HCM business processes
  • Experience in process mapping and data analysis. Knowledge of machine learning and statistical analysis.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong data analysis, interpretation and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead and/or own projects, organizing time and tasks effectively to deliver solutions and results
