A Day in the Life 
We are looking for a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.  This position is often the first contact our customers have with our company, Customer Service skills and friendly/helpful demeanor are required!  Must be self-motivated and organized! Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software are key to the success of this role as well

Responsibilities:
•              Review contracts to confirm job requirements and ensure accuracy.
•              Schedule and coordinate service job assignments effectively.
•              Order materials, supplies, and equipment tailored to specific job needs.
•              Prepare work orders and handle related correspondence.
•              Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all completed work and service calls.
•              Provide Foremen and crews with detailed job information, including scope, timelines, and safety requirements.
•              Keep field staff records up to date, including licenses, applications, and police/ security checks.
•              Respond promptly to customer inquiries and dispatch crews for service calls, especially for leaks and urgent maintenance.
•              Maintain on-call status as required to support emergency service needs.
 
Requirements:
•              Previous experience in a construction environment is considered an asset.
•              Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
•              Ability to pay strong attention to detail.
•              Form and maintain customer relations, in person, through email, and over the phone.
•              Ability to multitask, prioritize, stay organized, and perform in a deadline-oriented environment.
•              Reliable, with strong problem-solving skills.
•              Work independently as well as in a team-based environment.
