The Global Supply Chain and Product Strategy Organization seamlessly connects markets to the global manufacturing network by managing inventory, supply and replenishment planning. We orchestrate the value streams between sites and affiliates by balancing demand and supply and ensure right first time order fulfillment and delivery of medicines across the global network. In addition, we are also accountable for product strategies, leading in the design of products and supply chain in line with go to market strategies and ensuring the health of our products.

The Head of Supply Chain Product Information & Process Capability is a critical senior leadership appointment reporting to the Global Head of Supply Chain & Product Strategy. As the Head of Supply Chain Product Information & Process Capability, you are the nexus of Strategy, Data, and Execution, charged with driving the E2E supply chain system transformation and establishing sustained operational excellence.
You act as the Global Business Owner for all critical supply chain capabilities and processes, specifically Global Artwork, Product Configuration, Master Data, Plan-to-Deliver (P2DP) and Make-to-Customer (MP2C) value streams. Your mandate is to maximize enterprise value by driving strategic alignment across all divisions, functions, and global sites, ensuring superior outcomes for the organization, customers, and patients.
Your role is pivotal in the successful sustainment of the major global template investments across ASPIRE, Product Lifecycle Change Management, Global Artwork Management, Global Master Data Management and Advanced Planning tools. This accountability includes leading a global team of over 100 Supply Chain professionals within our agile, purpose-driven culture of trust and collaboration.
Strategic Process Governance
You own the Global Process Strategy for the full P2DP and MP2C value chains (Source, Plan, Make, Deliver, Commercial S&D).
You drive Enterprise Alignment by harmonizing processes, metrics, and developmental roadmaps across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Commercial, ensuring full integration across affiliates.
You are the dedicated champion of Operational Excellence and continuous improvement, actively leveraging industry best practices to innovate the end to end supply chain.
Process Transformation & Sustainment
You are accountable for the successful sustainment and optimization of global business processes enabled by our core digital platforms: Global ERP (S/4 HANA) and Advanced Planning Tools (OMP).
You ensure process adherence ("in place and in use") post-deployment, directing the evolution and enhancement of business systems in partnership with IT.
You lead change management to embed new standards globally, proactively minimizing risk to patient supply.
Data Integrity & Product Configuration Excellence
You own the strategy and execution for achieving Right First Time data and Product Configuration Management (PCM) across all pharma SKUs.
You direct Right First Time Artwork creation and approval, maintaining strict alignment with regulatory submissions and product changes.
You strengthen End to End Product Configuration Management maturity and data accuracy leveraging advanced digital solutions.
You provide transformational leadership for a global Business Capability Center of Excellence team of >100.
You cultivate a resilient, inclusive and collaborative culture.
You direct the resolution of complex, cross-functional supply chain challenges through conceptual and innovative problem-solving.
You are an exceptional leader who consistently embodies our leadership commitments, inspiring others and fostering trust and collaboration, ensuring accountability for sustainable results.
With your proven leadership and outstanding influencing skills, you have successfully built and developed high-performing teams in the past to deliver excellence. More specifically, you have
Extensive working experience in senior leadership roles within global Supply Chain and Manufacturing operations, preferably in the life science or pharmaceutical industry.
Deep expertise in successfully leading and implementing large-scale ERP and process change, with expertise in end-to-end process and system thinking.
Track record in S4/HANA SAP deployment (or similar Tier 1 ERP) and advanced planning systems
Exceptional commercial and strategic understanding of corporate goals, strategy, and finance.
Education: MBA preferred; APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) is highly desirable.
