Summary:
As a Senior Salesforce LWC Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring scalable Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other platform capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, craft innovative solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. A typical day will involve hands-on development, active participation in problem-solving discussions, and contributing to the continuous improvement of application performance, quality, and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work independently as a technical expert and SME in LWC development.
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions and technical design sessions.
Provide innovative and efficient solutions to complex project challenges.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design patterns, and reusable components.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and Salesforce governor limits.
Perform and participate in code reviews to ensure maintainability, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on Salesforce best practices and modern development approaches.
Contribute to performance tuning and optimization of Lightning components and Apex code.
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and development trends to recommend improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-Have Skills:
Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) (mandatory).
Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Platform Developer II (PD2) certifications
Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform customization, integration techniques, and third-party app integration.
Proven experience in developing custom Salesforce applications with focus on performance and scalability.
Additional Information:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce LWC development (with exposure to FSL preferred).
Location: Bengaluru office.
Education: 15 years of full-time education required.
