Join our team and play a key role in ensuring uninterrupted fuel delivery to our valued customers. This position combines dispatch, planning, problem-solving, and customer communication in a fast-paced, essential industry.
Coordinate daily fuel deliveries and monitor tank levels using TMW and customer portals
Adjust loads based on real-time customer supply needs
Serve as the primary contact for drivers and resolve delivery issues
Communicate with customers, terminals, and planning staff
Maintain accurate dispatch records and billing notes
Promote safety and optimize routes for efficiency and profitability
12-hour shifts (6:00 PM–6:00 AM)
Rotating 14-day cycle (2-2-3 schedule)
Off every other weekend (Friday–Sunday)

Dispatch or logistics experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to manage equipment and resources efficiently
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Tanker or fuel industry experience (Gasoline, Diesel, Jet, etc.)
Knowledge of DOT and federal transportation regulations
Experience with TMW or similar dispatch software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
