Be responsible for new business development, building, maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned and prospective Baoli dealer partners. Driving profitable growth through a mix of opportunity and relationship-building activities. This is a UK&I wide role and will represent the entire Baoli product and services range

What we offer:

* Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers to expand market coverage by establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned dealer accounts

* Track and analyse sales performance metrics for dealers, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

* Provide training and support to dealers on Baoli’s products, features, and specifications.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales tools to assist dealers in their efforts

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with Baoli’s business objectives

* Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations

* Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates dealer needs on an ongoing basis * Sells through dealer organisations to end users (including key accounts) in coordination with dealer sales resources

* Maintains excellent communication internally and externally and through strict adherence to dealer rules of engagement whilst driving adoption of company policy and strategy with dealer companies

* Manage a monthly formal review meeting with each dealer to include:

Performance review (machines and spares)

Actual vs Forecasted Sales vs Target 

Technical Issue Management

Supports Marketing initiatives as required

Tasks and Qualifications:

  • High Performing individual with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with independent dealers.
  • Proven track record in managing and expanding sales networks
  • Strong sales and technical background in fork trucks or similar equipment
  • Excellent understanding of Value segment within the fork truck or similar industry
  • Indepth understanding and experience of Material Handling Industry (all business streams)
  • Able to develop and execute strategies, plans and budgets in line with overall business objectives
  • Able to communicate effectively and openly at all levels
  • Capital equipment and supporting finance package experience preferred
  • Commercial excellence with advanced understanding of business levers (Finance, Residual Value, Maintenance)
