Job Description

Key initiatives include:

  • Responsible for developing the digital marketing plans specific for Amazon that align with Bose’s business goals and objectives. The main objective of these plans is to drive sell-through results, optimizations and best practices across the regions leveraging media, digital merchandizing, content and data
  • Drive holistic EU marketing strategy on Amazon, while being able to apply local context and nuance across various markets
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues and business account managers to drive coordinated plans and be responsible for achieving a set of KPIs. Track and report on the execution of the plans including an annual approach, investment plan and key initiatives.
  • Develop and activate quarterly learning agenda to ensure continuous test and learn that will advance capabilities, improve customer experience, and drive sell-thru. 
  • Partner with analytics colleagues to build measurement plans with defined KPIs and benchmarks. Report on marketing plan effectiveness and provide recommendations.
  • Establish EU budgets. Manage budget, invoices and PO’s for EU Amazon media & agency fees, in partnership with finance
  • Manage external Agency team (Flywheel) and Amazon Ads team
  • Own the marketing & media planning process for EU, working collaboratively with Amazon & Flywheel to identify mutual business drivers and execute with excellence.
  • Identify & activate key marketing performance drivers to capture and convert demand on Amazon. Present plans to key stakeholders, as well as review performance & proposed optimizations.
  • Leader and main POC for the Flywheel team and lead the development of AMS & DSP strategy, retail marketing, content, measurement and optimizations that improve performance on platform for EU


Core Competencies

  • Strong digital marketing and media planning that is supported by data and insight.
    A bottom-line, results oriented business person who has an affinity for commercial acumen, numbers and metrics.
  • Experience with developing, and executing Amazon marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, digital merchandising and content strategies and best practices to develop full funnel campaigns
  • Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Exercise influence at multiple levels and builds enthusiastic alignment around a plan.
    A strong understanding of ecommerce trends and advancements that drive traffic, and conversion.

Requirements:

  • Min 5 years in digital marketing
  • Min 2-3 years developing Amazon marketing strategy and execution
  • Experience in analytics, audience targeting, content, creative, media, search, social, etc.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
  • Degree required in Marketing, business, communications or related discipline
  • This is a hybrid role (3-days in office) based out of London.
  • 20% travel required throughout the United States and EU
