AgeCare is seeking a Hospitality Services Manager to lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional food, housekeeping, laundry, and janitorial services in our Supportive Living and Long-Term Care environments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about enhancing the lives of residents every day.

What You Will Do

• Oversee daily operations of hospitality services including food service, housekeeping, and laundry

• Lead and support a diverse team through hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and audit requirements

• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to deliver high-quality service

• Manage budgets, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives

• Champion a safe, respectful, and team-oriented culture

What You Bring

• 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or a related field

• CSNM Certification

• Degree in related industry or business setting

• Certification in Food Safety; Red Seal and/or First Aid are assets

• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills

• Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their daily experience
