Your Role and Responsibilities

We are implementing a major transformation to enhance our capability to deliver customer value faster and continuously. To lead this journey, we are now looking for a Transformation Program Manager who will coordinate and execute key cross-functional initiatives across our entire value chain.

Your first focus will be our cyclic software release transformation, a cornerstone initiative that changes how we plan, develop, and deliver products. Over time, you will continue to lead new improvement programs that build our organizational agility, efficiency, and collaboration across functions.

In this role, you will work closely with the Program Sponsor, Change Lead, and functional leaders to turn strategy into measurable results. You will plan and manage transformation activities, align stakeholders, facilitate the definition and follow-up of OKRs, and ensure systematic resolution of improvement needs impacting flow and delivery

You will mainly be responsible for:

• Leading and coordinating the cyclic SW release transformation and related improvement initiatives
• Coordinating activities and dependencies across multiple functions, enabling end-to-end flow and alignment
• Collaborating closely with the Program Sponsor and Change Lead to integrate structured change management, communication, and engagement
• Maintaining and driving progress of the cyclic SW releases impediment backlog, ensuring systematic prioritization and resolution of key challenges

Qualifications for the Role

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Engineering or related field
• Extensive experience in program or project management in a cross-functional or transformation context
• Strong track record in leading organizational change or capability development initiatives
• Solid understanding of product development environment - especially in industrial, engineering, or technology-driven organizations
• The ability to see the big picture and manage complex interdependencies
• A collaborative and motivating leadership style that helps people embrace change
• Excellent coordination, facilitation, and communication skills - able to align diverse stakeholders and functions.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, Finnish skills are considered a benefit
• Practical experience and solid understanding of agile practices and how they enable faster, continuous value delivery
