This position reports to:
Development Manager__
We are implementing a major transformation to enhance our capability to deliver customer value faster and continuously. To lead this journey, we are now looking for a Transformation Program Manager who will coordinate and execute key cross-functional initiatives across our entire value chain.
Your first focus will be our cyclic software release transformation, a cornerstone initiative that changes how we plan, develop, and deliver products. Over time, you will continue to lead new improvement programs that build our organizational agility, efficiency, and collaboration across functions.
In this role, you will work closely with the Program Sponsor, Change Lead, and functional leaders to turn strategy into measurable results. You will plan and manage transformation activities, align stakeholders, facilitate the definition and follow-up of OKRs, and ensure systematic resolution of improvement needs impacting flow and delivery
