Team/Role Overview
This role is to support the Company Secretary in providing Board and governance support and advisory services to Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG; act as trusted advisor to the Management Board, the Supervisory Board and its Committees. You will be ensuring the integrity of the governance framework, being responsible for the efficient administration of a company. You will serve as a central point of contact for governance related topics on a day-to-day basis. You are required to work with the Company Secretary and Legal Counsel to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and communicating and implementing decisions of the Boards. You will coordinate with Company Secretarial colleagues across the global organisation. teams of other Citi legal entities.
