In this role, you will take on a key responsibility as a People Shared Services Associate (Payroll), you will support multi-regional payroll operations by ensuring data accuracy and compliance while reporting to leadership in both Germany and Manila.

End-to-End Data Management: Collect, validate, and input all payroll-related data, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, bonuses, and leaves, ensuring high accuracy and timeliness.
Regional Payroll Validation: Support the full payroll cycle for assigned countries by managing data instructions and performing rigorous validation of payroll outputs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless input reconciliations and provide professional, timely resolutions to employee payroll queries.
Compliance & Audit Readiness: Prepare comprehensive payroll reports and maintain detailed documentation to support internal audits and regulatory compliance requirements.
Process Optimization: Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and assist in the implementation of payroll system enhancements to streamline operations.
Operational Integrity: Ensure the systematic maintenance of employee records while upholding strict confidentiality and professional standards in a shared services environment.
Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Requires at least 3 years of solid payroll processing experience, ideally within a multinational or Shared Services environment; experience in project migration is a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using HRIS/Payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP) and highly proficient in MS Excel for data analysis.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with multi-country payroll laws and statutory requirements, ensuring high attention to detail and accuracy.
Analytical Skills: Demonstrates strong numerical and analytical abilities to translate statistical data into actionable insights and sound business judgments.
Soft Skills & Ethics: Maintains high integrity and confidentiality while communicating effectively across multicultural teams to resolve conflicts and meet strict deadlines.
