Job Purpose :
Drive ZEISS Vision Commercial Myopia Management (MM) at a national level to achieve desired key objectives and customer Partnerships through well planned MM activations and activities. Facilitating the MM roadmap leveraging focused efforts from Marketing, Regional Sales teams, Vision commercial teams & Global MM teams.
Roles and responsibilities
(1) AM (Account Manager) is responsible for identifying and nurturing MM business opportunities with relevant accounts
(2) The manager provides comprehensive performance improvement solutions to unmet needs of MM accounts. The solutions provided are delivered through multiple strategic service offerings, which include clinical, operational improvement, technology and digital transformation, program reviews, strategy development and planning, workflows and organizational design, major project/program services, and the design and transformation of systems and care delivery models.
(3) Collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational execution.
(4) Build a strong network working closely with relevant stakeholders towards facilitation of monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for future strategies.
(5) To lead and execute Myopia Management Partnership programs
(6) Responsible for managing various aspects that support Business Development (Partnerships / Strategic Alliance) activities for the company in terms of MM.
(7) Coordinate and facilitate roll out key initiatives that is aligned for growth of ZEISS MM in India.
Coordinate with Vision commercial Managers towards looking at opportunities towards MM and support the team towards Group objectives. Independently focus on key projects on Myopia Management, achieve the India MM sales target and clearly bring about a MM Partnership collaboration.
Dimensions:
Reports to: Myopia Management Lead- Vision commercial
Education - Any graduation (B. Optom. – Preferred) – MBA – Marketing / Sales
Experience - 6 – 10 years of experience in Sales with experience of managing at least two or more teams - 2+ years of experience in a senior position.
Preferable - 5+ years of experience in the Optical Industry and managing product management in Hospital Ecosystems; Management of Key Stakeholders of Premier Institutes and retail stores.
