As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Performs data analysis to uncover insights driving profitable business decisions across pharmaceutical distribution. Develops interactive dashboards and BI reports. Interprets complex datasets for diagnostic and predictive analytics including supply chain KPIs. Validates data for accuracy, processes audit reports, and maintains data governance standards. Communicates findings effectively to diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong experience in data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and optimize data flows for performance and accuracy.
- Familiarity with database querying languages and data transformation techniques.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to business intelligence solutions.
- Capability to work within agile development environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
PowerBI, Tableau, Advanced data visualization, enterprise-grade dashboards
Tableau & Microsoft Power BI (expert level) for dashboards & reports
SQL: complex queries, joins, aggregations across RDBMS
Data prep & blending: Alteryx & Qlik Sense
Diagnostic & predictive analytics trend & pattern analysis
Data governance, quality standards & reporting life cycle management
Data accuracy validation & audit compliance
Jupyter Notebook & MS Office Suite for exploratory analysis & financial modeling
Supply chain performance indicator interpretation (pharma distribution)
Project cash flow projections & financial requirements tracking
Experience in pharma/healthcare
Master's in Statistics/Data Science/Business Analytics

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
