Main responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations with external logistics providers, managing daily flows, resolving interface issues, and ensuring business continuity.

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, evaluating performance, identifying cost savings, and developing service level agreements to drive operational excellence.

  • Monitor and report logistics KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis, tracking spend against contract and identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.

  • Ensure full compliance with Good Distribution Practice standards, supporting internal and external audits and leading stock count processes.

  • Manage import and export activities, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are in place and back-up processes are maintained.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, collecting team feedback, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement smarter workflows.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to align logistics operations with global best practices and core business rules.
     

About you

  • Experience: Hands-on experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.

  • Skills: Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of KPIs and SLA management; ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.

  • Technical: Good systems skills; knowledge of import/export regulations and Good Distribution Practice is an advantage.

  • Soft skills: Collaborative team player with strong relationship management skills, able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent).

  • Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

The salary range for this position is :Ft9 523 200,00 - Ft12 697 600

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
