About the Role
The Meeting Intelligence team focuses on building Highspot’s coaching capabilities by delivering an AI-enhanced conversational intelligence platform that integrates meeting data into the feedback loop, creating differentiated value for customers. We’re looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer who will bring their creativity and experience to Highspot to help us build software with a spark of magic. This is a role that works closely with Product Management, Design, and Frontend Engineering. While we don’t expect you to be an expert in all of these technologies, some of the languages and tools we use to build Highspot include Ruby, MongoDB, PostgreSQL,React, Next.js, Solr, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. Base salary range: $142,000 - $209,000
Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.
The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
