We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Product Manager to drive the direction and capabilities of shared frameworks in our pioneering new technical stack.

We are responsible for building out capabilities that will help define the future architecture of the Workday platform as well as supporting the delivery of exciting new applications to Workday customers.

• You have an un-paralleled knowledge of your products

• You understand the business strategy and goals, and are comfortable translating those into actionable objectives and key results

• You collaborate closely with cross functional team, championing operational excellence

• Contribute to process improvement within a development organization through understanding and promotion of industry-standard methodologies.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, or comparable experience as a software engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical degree or proven experience

Other Qualifications

• You're comfortable owning the product backlog and contributing to the product roadmap

• You have a track record of sophisticated, multi-year projects with collaborators across the company

• You have experience or familiarity with enterprise SaaS, distributed systems, cloud architecture, and automation technologies

• You are adept at systems thinking and respect how changes in one part of a technical ecosystem can impact many parts of the ecosystem

• Always bring data-informed arguments to the forefront

• Flexible and adaptable to adapt to change

Our Approach to Flexible Work
