Responsibilities:

• Support internship hiring via effective sourcing and interviewing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews and offer delivery.
• Support campus recruitment campaign on creative design and event organization.
• Support APAC Weekly report collection & consolidation.
• Support professional recruitment on CV screening, interview scheduling and talent mapping as needed.
• ATS maintenance.
• Support Recruitment Wechat account posting update & release.
• Support organizing recruitment marketing campaign and intern events.
• Support APAC Talent Connection project as needed.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Good intercultural and communication skills, proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant and willing to learn.
• Previous internship experience in HR and Talent Acquisition is preferred.
• Familiar with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in both oral and written English.
• Committed and available to work at least 3-4 days a week for 6 months.
