Samsung Electronics Ukraine is looking for a Logistics Specialist in Kyiv.

Role and Responsibilities

Main Role Responsibilities:  :

• Shipping data management in NERP (SAP), incl. shipping data manual change and correction, 3PL notification by mail and EDI
• Work with claims occurred at WH and during local delivery, incl. notification and AR posting
• 3PL agreement administration
• Jira tickets administration
• Shipping status and Delivery status monitoring, delivery delay prevention
• Returns administration, incl. identification, receipt, location assignment
• Proof of delivery (billing) control, especially every end of month

Skills and Qualifications

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• 3+ years of exp.in Logistics, Outbound Management, Warehouse Management (spheres: Retail, FMCG, Electronics, Finance)
• intermediate spoken English
•  Good knowledge of Excel, SAP S/4 HANA, courier company delivery rules, Jira/Confluence, Hybris outlook
• Logistics, economic, tech, engineering
