Job Summary

Help make a difference by supporting a world-renown healthcare institution by your direct delivery of software solutions to support, augment, and optimize caregiver workflows through both clinical and non-clinical application of content management (OnBase) technologies.

As a Solution Analyst II you will participate in analyzing, estimating, planning, designing, developing, prototyping, and implementing of OnBase solutions. Additionally, playing a key role in managing change of the Cleveland Clinic organization by maintaining tactical expectations and defining / delivering training requirements and supportive resources.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for solving complex problems and who has worked with OnBase for at least 3 years.

Remote in Ohio, Nevada or Florida.

                         

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Completes departmental projects and ongoing application support.
  • Assists with scope and task plan development.
  • Provides input to resource requirement development.
  • Supports development of information system requirements.
  • Develops process flow charts and reports on project status.
  • Clearly communicate with individuals and teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

Certifications:

  • Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent preferred.
  • For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date.

Complexity of Work:

  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in information technology dealing with applications development and support, or end user training, or equivalent experience in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position.
  • Offset:  High School diploma/GED and five years of experience.
  • Offset:  Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • (3) years of OnBase experience strongly preferred
  • OnBase Workflow (OCWA), Workview (OCWV), and/or API (OCAPI) Certification
  • Experience with SQL and reporting preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment. 
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
  • In some locations, ability to move up to 20 lbs.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
