What You Will Do:
- Provides Sales of the needed information on their queries on the status /confirmation of shipments, including the reasons of missed shipments/and corresponding recovery dates.
- Ensures that any shipment issues on ship methods, freight terms, account numbers, conflicts/ or changes on special instructions on shipping documents, delays encountered on nominated Forwarders, etc. affecting the shipments are immediately being worked out with AML BU and Sales.
- Sends out AMPI Test Target Shipment update on a daily basis - this includes orders shipped, packed, picked and balances still needed from Test to cover the total shipment requirements for the current week.
- Sends out AMPI Test Weekly Shipment update – for the total shipment made for the previous week.
- Analyzes SSD Demand profile versus the Work in Process (WIP) and makes the necessary shipment plans, recommendations and informs concerned groups.
- Communicates daily with AML Planning to inform significant Test Operations issues and shipment concerns, accurate Planned Completion Dates and shipment projections.
- Sends reasons to AML BU/Planning for the weekly possible misses, status of critical devices, urgent shipments, progress of hot lots and line down situation/ status.
- Sends a detailed Hot lot Priority list to Production, Quality and Eng’g. Team for the urgent/ hot items that need to be expedited and prioritized in the Production line. Communicates with AML on the committed shipment/status
- of the Hot Items and informs them of any issues that affects the shipment of the Hot Items.
- Coordinates with Ampi Planners on the status of committed shipments for the week.
- Monitors and ensures that Planned Completion Dates in Oracle are updated. Monitors and expedites lots according to schedule. Coordinates with Operations , Engineering and QME groups on lots that need to be prioritized, including loading of engineering lots/ transfer of pilot lots.
- Checks stagnating lots at WIP/ inventory and expedites with various groups to keep the lots moving. Coordinates with Test Operations, AML Planning and BU regarding status/dispositions of non-moving lots and inventories.
What You Will Bring
- Worked as a Customer Service an advantage.
- 2 – 4 years work experience in production planning and control function, an advantage.
- Knowledge in Oracle System, and familiar in manufacturing set-up. · Excel expertise and Production Planning and Control techniques are an advantage
