POSITION:             Warehouse Runner

REPORTS TO:       Warehouse Supervisor and Food & Beverage Operations Manager

FLSA STATUS:      Part-time Hourly, Non-Exempt

Summary

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Warehouse Runner for ASM Global/Pinnacle Bank Arena. The Warehouse Runner assists the Warehouse Supervisor in delivering product orders to the concession stands. To help the Food & Beverage Operations Manager maintain adequate inventory and perform assigned tasks to help maintain operational standards of the concession stand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Presents a cooperative work attitude and cheerfully accepts job responsibilities.
  • Delivers appropriate stock to all concession stands, portables and commissaries.
  • Learn correct containers and food products used in portables and stands.
  • Properly cleans commissaries, concession stands and portables, as assigned.
  • Reports all needed stand repairs to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager
  • Must adhere to the ASM dress code which includes wearing non-slip soled closed toe shoes.

Education and/or Experience        

  • Prior warehouse/stock experience preferred.
  •  Knowledge of tow motors, power/pallet jacks and Cushman carts

Skills and Abilities

  •  Pleasant and friendly, enjoys working with people.
  •  Able to work 7 or more hours in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Able to correctly answer math questions.
  •  Be capable of following job procedures and supervisor instructions.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to stand and remain stationary for entire length of shift.
  • Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
  • Ability to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 pounds.
  • May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on season.
  • May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces.
