Job Description:

To handle fully automatic dairy powder plant operations.

What you’ll do

• Operation of highly sophisticated, fully automatic dairy powder plant.
• Troubleshooting of plant.
• Maintaining quality of the product.
• Compliance to customer requirements.
• Documentation for various customer requirements.
• Leading the shift operation of entire Laxmi dryer.
• Helping operation of Liquid milk plant.
• Co-ordination with internal customers viz.
• Maintenance team
• Fresh milk reception
• Quality control
• Main plant
• Co-ordination with external customers
• Customer’s auditors
• External agencies like statutory audits
•  Adherence to GMP, food safety and sanitation.

What you need to succeed

• B. Tech (Dairy technology)
• 4-5 years of experience in relevant field of dairy spray drying
• Good exposure to plant automation especially Siemens PCS-7.
• Detailed knowledge of process and safety interlocks of plant is highly preferred.
