The Finance Ops Analyst is responsible for supporting the Global Finance Ops Managers and the Global Operations Analytics Team on the required analysis among the different OLT areas.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Interact with Global Operations Finance team members, with the Segment Ops Finance team members, as well as with Operations team members.

  • Interact and support with financial information to the “GOAT” (Global Operations Analytics Team)

  • Participate in problem solving and team activities.

  • Clearly identify internal customers and internal functions to ensure customer satisfaction both in the GOF team and in the “GOAT”.

  • Support Global Operations Finance and GOAT processes:

    • Supply Chain costs visibility.

    • Monitoring and validation of the Procurement projects.

    • Head Count and People Cost visibility.

    • Inventory reporting/standardization of policies.

    • NSS standardization and reporting, including Manufacturing Expenses and Yields.

    • Participate on special finance projects area.

    • Capex projects visualization and analytics.

    • Plant reliability and other financial ratios analytics.

    • Plant general info data base.

    • Monthly reporting package.

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in Capex financial evaluations, financial model analysis, reports, in a multinational environment and in public companies.

• Language: Spanish and English.

• Experience in SAP, SAP BW and SAP BPC.

• Experience in finance in fast-paced work environments.

• Ability to analyze financial results, financial and strategic impacts for making business decisions.

• Ability to identify problems, develop solutions and take advantage of opportunities.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience on Finance Operations processes.

  • LSS Green or Black belt trained.

  • Experience in Power Steering.

  • Capable to build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external clients across the Ingredion offices in all regions to facilitate communication and solve business needs.
