Join our Manufacturing team!

To perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Develops an operational year plan for the own manufacturing activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.

As Production Supervisor - Manufacturing Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations.
• Responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
• Handles standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
• Leads a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $ 1.5 million.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Production Supervision.
• Intermediate English Level.
• Availability to work in (4x4) shifts across different schedules. (Flexibility for night and day schedules)
