About this Role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Markets Client Delivery professional to support the Sales organization by driving the end‑to‑end onboarding process for Derivatives clients. This includes document collection, account opening, front‑office system enablement, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure clients are successfully set up to transact in a timely and controlled manner.
The Markets Client Delivery (MCD) role is responsible for managing end‑to‑end client onboarding and trading enablement across Derivatives businesses, supporting multiple Sales desks and client segments. The role serves as a central coordinator throughout the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring timely execution, clear communication, and effective collaboration across Sales, Operations, Negotiations, Compliance, and other downstream partners.
This position plays a critical role in streamlining onboarding activities by coordinating documentation, account opening requests, system configuration, and milestone tracking. The role is designed to enhance scalability, transparency, and consistency in the client onboarding experience while enabling Sales teams to remain focused on client engagement and revenue generation.
