Channels Distribution Intern (Creative)

Job Purpose

Primarily support the Channels Affiliate team in daily marketing and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing material:
  • Creation and maintenance of creative marketing assets for Disney’ linear channels, including but not limited to digital posters, programming guides, H5, and presentations.
  • Learn to utilize existing Disney assets to create marketing materials for channel content that includes movies, animated series, documentaries, and sports.
  • Participate in brainstorming creative ideas to promote channels.
  • Engage in innovative research within the media industry.
  • Translation of program guides from/to English and Chinese.
• Sales operation
  • Create and maintain routine sales reports, conduct basic data analysis and trend mining to support business decision-making.
  • Assist in collecting, organizing and conducting basic analysis of various business data, and support ad-hoc market research.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
 

• Fluent in English
• Strong expertise in marketing strategies and creative development.
• Adept in visual design, video editing, and PPT design.
• Experienced with macOS and proficient in creative software including Adobe Ps, Pr, Ai, and Figma.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of different types of IP, brands, and content.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills, and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication skills and good at writing. 
• Commit to work for at least 4 days a week for 1/2 year.
