Minimum Qualifications:
BSN required and actively pursuing with achievement of Master’s degree within three (3) years.
Five (5) years Registered Nursing experience.
Three (3) or more years of nursing managerial experience in related service area.
Valid Arkansas Registered Nursing License.
National Nursing Certification required within one (1) year of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
Infusion Center management experience
Master's Degree in Nursing

Additional Information:
Responsibilities:
Oversees nursing staff across various departments.
Develops and implements strategic nursing goals and objectives.
Supervises and mentors nursing managers and staff to ensure optimal patient care.
Ensures adherence to clinical guidelines and safety protocols.
Monitor patient outcomes and implement improvements.
Leads initiatives to improve patient care and nursing practices.
Manages the nursing department’s budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Monitors staffing levels, adjusting as needed to meet patient care needs.
Ensures the availability of equipment and supplies necessary for nursing services.
Serves as a liaison between nursing staff and senior administration.
Ensures compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations and standards.
Maintains accreditation and certification for nursing services.:
Leads recruitment, retention, and training efforts for nursing staff.
Implements professional development programs and continuing education for nursing personnel.
May perform other duties as assigned.
