Strategic

  • Follow the strategy of the JCBD / Team and run PDCA cycle for the items in charge

Financial

  • Build relationships with customers, collaborate with various relative departments, to create pipelines, close deals, and earn profit / achieve KPI target.

Customer

  • Create & strengthen internal & external customers’ relationship (including MUFG affiliates,  partner banks…) to support customer’s business                                                                                                                    
  • Work in good partnership with related departments and capture updated and useful information from customer
  • Enhance cooperation / alliance with partner bank by strengthening collaboration in various transactions.

People

  • Lead, support, share experiences with members in the Team in charge.

Other/ Control

  • Conduct operational activities in order to develop and maintain customer relationships                                                       
  • Support departmental initiatives to deliver increase revenue opportunities and deliver a high quality of service to the customers
  • Proper credit and KYC management; Ensure compliance with relevant regulations; Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations, etc

Job requirement:

  • University degree majoring in Economics, Banking, Finance, Accounting, etc
  • At least 5 year working experiences as Relationship Manager
  • Good command of English (especially in writing & reading)
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills with the ability to influence others and sell products
  • Good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations
  • Good stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments
  • High spirit of teamwork and ability to achieve profit target under high pressure.
