Job Summary

We are looking for a senior marketing specialist focusing on developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results to support sales growth in India.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the local sales stakeholders to identify the focused themes which needs marketing campaign support and review the needs with sales on the regular basis.
  • Work closely with global and regional marcom to plan for the content needs for marketing campaigns in India.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for the focused themes for India including social media, events, video and webinar programs, search marketing etc.
  • Meet or exceed goals in identifying new contacts, leads and business opportunity from marketing campaigns.
  • Work with the regional marcom lead for PR program implementation in India.
  • Ability to work across a large organization and drive marketing result
  • Responsible for the agency management, maximizing value to ADI
  • Responsible for budget management and compliance with ADI finance SOP.

Requirements

  • MBA/BA/BS degree with marketing/digital marketing preferred
  • At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing field
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and strong data mind-set
  • Expertise in different social networks, including Facebook, Linkedin etc
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment, as well as think and act both tactically and strategically
  • Experience working with high tech B2B companies with semiconductor a plus
  • Speak a second language is a plus.
