🛠️ Job Responsibilities:

  • - Develop and strengthen operational teams across various functions, aligned with the organizational structure, including operations supervisors, system superusers, outbound and inbound leaders, among others.

    - Conduct timely evaluations of supervisors to ensure their ability to lead the team toward achieving operational KPIs, recognizing their key role in the rapid stabilization of new operations.

    - Facilitate training initiatives and foster the development of team members to support their professional growth objectives.

    - Guide supervisors in developing daily operational plans for each team, based on customer forecasts and the current performance levels of the operational team (productivity).

    - Monitor and analyze production and productivity metrics for each team, promoting smooth collaboration among supervisors and ensuring the efficient continuity of operations.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

  • - Highly operational profile: strong floor engagement, execution capacity, and a proactive approach.

    - Experience: 3–5 years as an Operations Manager in logistics 3PL.

    - Must have been involved in complex start-ups (due to volume and/or operational difficulty).

    - Strong analytical skills, operational judgment, and ability to manage ambiguity.

    - English: functional intermediate level

    - Preferred background: logistics experience in retail, apparel, or footwear sectors.
