Your Role

• Serve as the Finance Business Partner to the Head of Business Transformation, the responsible Group Executive Board member, and the Initiative Management, acting as the liaison between the transformation initiatives and the finance function

• Provide technical leadership to employees involved in transformation initiatives and the global finance organization, focusing on finance and controlling topics

• Create financial transparency to effectively manage the transformation initiatives and implement Group-wide project controlling standards including business & value cases

• Support key business decisions through meaningful reporting and analysis, and derive actionable recommendations

• Plan, forecast, and monitor costs and investments in coordination with the Head of Business Transformation and the responsible Group Executive Board member

• Manage and develop the global allocation process

• Coordinate and communicate with the global finance organization, ensuring a seamless transition to operational controlling structures

Your Profile

• University degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling or a related field

• Relevant work experience (> 7 years) in controlling large international corporations and complex projects with a track record of engaging with top management

• Proficiency in modern controlling tools such as project controlling, cost accounting, reporting, cost allocation, and business & value cases

• Strong conceptual and analytical abilities with strategic thinking and solution-oriented approach

• Excellent communication skills for networking across various departments and hierarchy levels; strong team and integration capabilities; adept at stakeholder management with senior and top management

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP FI/CO (ideally S/4 HANA) and BI solutionsFluent in English, German is a plus
