You are responsible for leading programs and projects with a holistic organizational lens, ensuring all business impacts are addressed, benefits realized, and management visibility provided. You standardize and align core functions and disparate business operations, ensuring vendor engagements and technology solutions are utilized at their highest potential.

What you will do:

  • Strategically and tactically lead complex, scalable initiatives that drive efficiencies and deliver financial results.

  • Responsible for the onboarding of accounts new to INDG software products.

  • Oversee the planning, organizing, management, and execution of onboarding tasks and ensure INDG customers have a seamless and successful onboarding experience.

  • Primary contact during initial onboarding of accounts.

  • Communicate appropriate timeline and expectations with customers to ensure the ultimate customer experience.

  • Assist in the development of new processes and working with different teams to create a smooth onboarding experience. (sales, product and support)

  • Ensures stakeholders follow an efficient and documented workflow process. Responds quickly and appropriately to significant developments and situations.

  • Manage all aspects of project implementation and service delivery, monitor progress, anticipate operational and budgetary issues and take pre-emptive action.

  • Partner with project teams to create, refine, and deliver project plans, requirements and business process documentation, resource plans, risk plans and budgets.

  • Develop positive relationships with project stakeholders, business partners, and executive steering committee to establish an effective communication framework.

  • Assist business areas to identify, scope, prioritize, support, and implement their business process and technology initiatives.

  • Lead the project assessment process through the development of business cases, proposals, and value propositions with business units.

  • Lead business process mapping and functional design sessions for the purpose of enhancing business operations and information flow.

  • Lead and manage business process assessment activities and provide oversight and guidance to resources to ensure all business and enterprise objectives are being met.

  • Collaborate with all business resources, executive management and functional support areas to identify, analyze and document recommendations on the best solutions based on assessed functional and technical needs.

You need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent experience.

  • 10 years of experience program/project management experience.

  • Experience as a functional business process lead or business solutions lead.

  • Prior experience implementing business solutions for a subscription management oriented business.

  • Proven comprehensive knowledge of Project Management Principles, Process, and Methodologies, including creating and maintaining project schedules and utilization of project management tools.

  • Demonstrated strong analytical, problem solving skills with the ability to recognize significant details.

  • Strong knowledge and experience with the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including understanding of a variety of technologies and platforms.

  • Experience collaborating with multiple team resources to identifying effective and efficient solutions to business and enterprise challenges.

  • Experience with tax technology implementation project management preferred.
