This is a Client Service management position at State Street Taipei Branch within the Investment Services Organization focusing on providing daily management of client services staff in the institutional investor services to ensure highly valued services and solutions are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership
- Lead a team and serve as the escalation point for client issues, coordinating with internal operation teams to ensure services meet client expectations.
Client Services Management
- Provide guideline and oversight client issues and inquiries related to global custody services and other State Street products when assigned.
- Be responsible for client sentiment; handle complaints and build strategies for improving the overall client experience and foster loyalty.
- Facilitate cross-functions/teams communication to resolve client issues/queries and deliver high quality services.
- Prepares documents / presentation materials for regular client service review meetings and participates such meetings as well relationship manages follow-up actions.
- Communicate client needs and requirements as well as competitive information for products enhancement and development.
Operational Risk Management
- Report significant issues to senior management and stakeholders for immediate attention.
Team Development & Leadership
- Mentor and develop a high performing team to foster collaboration and professional growth.
Industry Engagement & Market Awareness
- Attend industry events and associations to stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes.
Project & Reporting Responsibilities
- Support management reporting (business reviews, regulatory reports, etc.).
Minimum Requirement
- Minimum of ten years of experience in global custody servicing within financial institutions;
- Minimum of six years of experience managerial experience;
- A high level of professional maturity and be able to communicate with clients, managers and peers as well as demonstrated stakeholder management experience;
- Strong problem-solving skills and trouble-shooting skills. Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work;
- Strong verbal & written communication, interpersonal, analytical and time management skills.
- Language proficiency in Mandarin and English.
