Role and Responsibilities:
- Office Administration – Manage daily office operations, including maintenance of office supplies and mail. Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies, the store is maintained, and the space is organized. Handle additional projects and provide administrative support as required.
- Staff Support – Be the to go person for office and administrative matter, greeting visitors and external teams. Assist with office tasks such as coordinating and scheduling meetings, assist planning in-office and virtual events regionally and company wide with the HR, Marketing and Events, and Social Committee teams. Manage office communication, including the Switchboard.
- Facility Management – Ensure the office space is clean, organized, and properly maintained, including liaising with vendors and service providers.
- Technology and Equipment management – Ensure office equipment (printers, coffee machine etc.) functions and coordinating with IT and vendor support in needed.
- HR Support – Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring their access to the office, and compliance with company policies. Assist with ither ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Experience with office operations and procedures, including budgeting, scheduling, and staff coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is a plus.
