🧭 Purpose of the Role

  • Ensure the operational interface between clients and internal teams
  • Guarantee service quality, smooth communication, and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to effective coordination of information flow between stakeholders

🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client interactions (reception, request processing, follow-up)
  • Identify and analyze client needs
  • Ensure transmission of information to relevant internal departments
  • Coordinate request handling with internal teams
  • Monitor case progress and follow up when necessary
  • Manage sensitive situations or customer complaints
  • Provide regular reporting on activity and incidents
  • Ensure compliance with processes and quality standards
  • Assess request legality by databases cross analysis

  • Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office or equivalent)
  • Experience with customer management tools (CRM) is a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools

👤 Profile & Requirements

  • Citizenship of a Schengen Area country required
  • Experience in customer relations, support, or front office preferred
  • Ability to work in a demanding client-facing environment
  • Professional presentation suited to a client-facing role

📍 Working Conditions

  • Position based in Marseille
  • On-site presence at the client’s premises required
  • Daily interaction with internal teams and international clients
