The Opportunity:

  • Opportunity to assist helping oversee multiple programs production
  • First shift position Monday through Friday
  • Supervisory role
  • Individual contributor with minimal supervision
  • Room to grow with years in service

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities include overseeing daily production.
  • Drive execution aligning with forecasted demand
  • Monitor material levels and help identify shortages
  • Provide technical assistance as needed with manufacturing drawings and processes
  • Coordinate with cross functions to execute
  • Evaluate efficiency, identify roadblocks, implement improvements
  • Plan and schedule movement of material upon availability
  • Monitor production process and status to leadership
  • Ensure Quality standards are being met
  • Monitor work orders and drive to closure
  • Monitor execution of issuing finished assemblies to next higher level

Qualifications:

Required

  • HS diploma
  • 3-5 years technical experience
  • 3-5 years supervisory role
  • Understanding and ability to read manufacturing drawings
  • Understanding and ability to read wiring schematics
  • Understanding of Quality standards and requirements
  • Manufacturing process knowledge
  • Manufacturing Execution System knowledge
  • ERP and MRP knowledge

Desired

  • Desired TipQA experience
  • Desired Costpoint experience
  • Ability to maintain organization and multitask
  • Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision
  • IPC certifications a plus

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$50,500 - $101,000
