THE ROLE

The Growth and Transformation Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation, orchestration and ongoing optimization of our GTM approach in a sub-set of the commercial market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage the launch and roll out of GTM motion in a sub-set of the Commercial market for your Theater
  • Work closely with GTM roles across the segment to ensure they are aware of the tools and campaigns at their disposal
  • Assemble and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions around best practices for teams across the Theater to form a close-knit community
  • Drive training/enablement
  • Measure adoption of tools and overall adherence to GTM objectives
  • Work closely with Theater Leaders in cases where governance is not being followed
  • Maintain and deliver rhythm of the business updates with Commercial Line of Business leadership
  • District Manager relationship and influence to drive outcomes aligned with Territory model
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the partner ecosystem
  • Understanding of distribution channels
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Singapore office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Demonstrated success working in a matrixed reporting structure
  • Proven ability to develop rapport and influence at all levels (i.e., senior leaders and ICs alike)
  • Confidently presents ideas to senior leaders, partners, and cross-functional teams, demonstrating credibility and command of the subject matter
  • Located in Theater that will be supported (Staines, Singapore, Chicago)
  • Sales or channel sales experience as a QBH required
  • People management experience required, district manager strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and appropriately across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
  • 10-13 years relevant business experience
