Intelligent Automation Consultant (1-year Fixed Term Contract)

Locations: UK Remote

Blue Prism Professional Services is a team of amazing experts, helping our customers to unleash the full potential of SS&C Blue Prism. The Intelligent Automation Consultant is one of the most varied and exciting positions. You will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of solutions based on Blue Prism products, and you will also work with our sales teams to help shape and define projects and deliveries, bringing to life the capabilities of our product. Working within our professional services team, there is an expectation to interact and participate in continuous improvement discussions shaping development best practice, standards, and project delivery design. We provide commitments to our clients to make sure they are enabled at the right times within their development growth, efficiently and successfully

What You Will Get To Do:

• Accountable for leading and executing automation delivery projects, including being the main customer contact and ensuring client concerns are resolved efficiently and effectively.
• Working close to customers to define and describe opportunities for Intelligent Automation, from business problems to solution design
• Deliver external automation projects. Building automations which are delivered on time, on budget andto the agreed specification.
• Build AI agents based on Blue Prism tools
• Accountable for the quality of automations and client experience on aligned projects.
• Develop and share development best practices with customers, partners, andthe rest of the Blue Prism organisation.
• Deliver client and partner Knowledge Share workshops (not just the Blue Prism application, but also the wider Blue Prism products and Cloud platform).
• Support our sales organisation with scoping and costing of assignments and projects.
• Working in different types of assignments, from shorter expert roles to larger delivery projects
• Collaborate with colleagues in SS&C Blue Prism to deliver value to our customers.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 3 years’ experience working in a Consultancy environment and/or customer-facing organisations with responsibility for project delivery
• Proven ability to engage and manage Stakeholders in complex environments.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills with the ability to captivate and inform a multi-disciplinary audience
• Experience delivering Intelligent Automation with Blue Prism to multiple customers across various industries

Technical background

• Able to articulate the value of Blue Prism, as well as the value that the process to be automated is expected to bring to the Customer
• Passionate about delivering high-quality service to customers and partners, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to engage and manage Senior Stakeholders in complex environments.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a passion for quality, and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
• At least 5 years of experience working in an Automation Developer role.
• Experience in delivering RPA to multiple customers across various industries 
• At least 3 years of Blue Prism experience
• Experience in delivering AI solutions
